start using glide for vendoring dependencies (#3)

* start using glide for vendoring dependencies

chose glide mainly because I want to use the kubernetes client
and it seems to work best with glide

* Start using CircleCI as well
* update vendoring to include test stuff
* get rid of dumb httpmock entry in .gitignore
* update dockerfile to use go 10.4.1
* make client conform to the fact that PUT /binaries/:id returns 200

These tests were working (though erroneously so because the server
response was being mocked so it didn't really match what the real
server returned) until using go 1.10.4. Then they just started
failing (I think due to how empty responses were being handled
somewhere?) Regardless, now 200 is returned with a json body that
currently has no consequential information.

* change travis back to use goveralls, cleanup circle config
