Documentation and Testing Update

-updated doygen docs

README:
-corrected a few typos
-added information about the areal map data file output
-adjusted formatting

Morphlogy class:
-added initial documentation to the parameters structs
-added getID function to fetch the object ID number
-corrected bug in calculateAnistropy function where the anisotropy was
not being correctly calculated when the domain size was very small

tests:
-added a number of initial tests for the Morphology class
