Data update to columns/profiles.

Created new BuiltinExportProfile to more cleanly separate builtin
profiles and user-profiles.
Minor layout updates to ProfileEditDialog/ExportDialog, added column
group to column tooltips in profile edit view.

Added column definitions for AT1 status bits.
Added group declaration to some ColumnProfile's.
Added key property to column definitions to allow ColumnProfiles to
be defined which may have identical identifiers, yet are part of a
different Category/Group.
