fritzcollectd: Error if 'Allow access for applications' is disabled

If 'Allow access for applications' is disabled the authenticated
connection behaves exactly as the unauthenticated one.
The services offered are the same and calls don't fail if the user or
password are not set.

This was reported in #14.
