Thermodynamic temperature conversions.

Extend the `quantity!` macro to accept a coefficient and optional
constant factor in the `$conversion` parameter to support thermodynamic
temperature conversions. `Conversion` trait and `from_base`, `to_base`,
and `change_base` methods adjusted to support these factors. Resolves #3.
