Googletest, Coveralls, and TravisCI Update

-added .yml file for TravisCI
-updated makefile to have separate test build target taht will build the
unit test suite using googletest
-added first version of unit tests with several tests of the Lattice and
Utils classes from KMC_Lattice

main:
-updated version string to v4.0-beta.1 in preparation for first beta
release

Lattice class:
-updated meresene twister random number generator to 64 bit version
-added getVolume function

Morphology class:
-updated meresene twister random number generator to 64 bit version

Utils:
-updated calculateProbabilityHist functions from latest working version
in KMC_Lattice
