fix(tree): Remove track by usage in template

track by in ng-repeat related to ui-tree is not supported, because ui-tree internals use $$hashKey to store map of nodes (blurp).

Using track by in ng-repeat cause $$hashKey to be absent, so the code fails in many parts of the tree.
