#### What does this PR do?

Set up tests for authentication existing functionality

#### Description of Task to be completed?

* Writing tests for user registration
* Writing tests for user login
* Add app name and URL name in authentication-urls.py 

**How should this be manually tested?**

• Clone the repo and cd into the project folder
• Check out into the `ch-auth-tests-159965288` branch
• Create a virtual environment by running `python3 -m venv venv`
• Activate the virtual environment by running `source venv\bin\activate`
• Run `pip install -r requirements.txt`
• Run `python manage.py test`
