Update Enlite CGM to use Go code (#1081)

* update mdt bg loop

changed  the functions if_mdt_get_bg and mdt_get_bg to call the external oref0-mdt-update.sh script

* add oref0-mdt-update.sh which updates bg from enlite sensors

* replace tabs with spaces

* minor language fixes

* backport updates

* now using wait_for_silence (but the cleaned version :) )

* update setglucosetimestamp
