Integrationtests (#8)

* Update integration tests to use Jest

* Updated to use more of the Jest framework to run the tests

* Don't run integration tests as part of npm test run - there is a separate npm integration which is run during the travis run

* Update timeout to allow longer for browserstack to return

* Updated expected expiry

* Added back in IE9 and 10 tests after changes made to ensure this works in those browsers
