feat: 🎸 First release - for real this time!

Fix export/import bug, and stick to conventions for other markdown-it
plugins. Good to go!

BREAKING CHANGE: First release!

chore: 🤖 Remove semantic release

Semantic release was not set up properly, which is causing a problem
with releasing the first package version on NPM. Error message: "No
changes detected, so skipping publish." Since there are not any expected
updates where semantic versionin is neccessary with this apckage, I've
decided to remove it and publish the v1.0.0 manually.
