WIP #122 - Improved tx & blocks fromBytes() performance by > 30%.
Improved MyBigNumb.fromBuffer / toBuffer performance by removing complex
calculations when not needed.
Changed from ByteBuffer.copy() to Buffer.slice() in tx & blk fromBytes()
Added constants.maxProtoBufPayloadLength, set to 1.5MB.
Changed BlockLogic.getId to call getIdFromBytes to avoid duplicated code
Better fromBytes() benchmark to measure against different payload sizes
