Results Controller and View changes

* Add PageCorrector's stats to results table - resolves #16
* The results DataTable is now generated in a Rails view and DataTable handles the sorting
* Add custom sorting functions to DataTables that put "empty" (-) values always at the bottom when sorting
* Add custom sorting functions to sort by an cell's HTML "data-id" attribute
* Remove the #fetch action since the Javascript no longer needs to query Rails for necessary data
* Move much of the HTML generation for the results page to ResultsHelper

PostprocPage changes

* Override pp_health getter method to convert the JSON string value to a Hash

Unit test changes

* Use rspec-html-matchers gem to handle matching helper function tests for valid HTML
