Few fixes in sct_extract_metric and batch processing outputs (#2008)

* started to refactor extract_metric for csv compatibility

* changed "," for ";" for easier CSV parsing

* sct_extract_metric: refactored xls output

There were a few issues that needed to be fixed in order to accommodate all the new flags perslice and perlevel.

* batch_processing: Fixed verbose issue at the end

* batch_processing: fixed wrong path to mt output
