Core: added optional disorder.
The atom_types keyword can be used to specify disorder throughout the lattice.
- added Basis_Cell_Composition struct which previous information about the basis cell in the ordered case
- updated Heisenberg Hamiltonian accordingly
- updated config parser and writer
- also fixed a bug in the MC adaptive cone algorithm and updated the method for geometries with vacancies.
