Refactoring of menus #305

Separate class EventBinding created to store binding information. This is then bound/unbound when menu_items are created/enabled/disabled/deleted.

New function to delete menu items.

WidgetStore - Accelerators renamed to Bindings, and now stored as dict, instead of list.
