[FIX] manifest-required-author: Set Vauxoo as default author (#160)

Since the config parameter was renamed from `'manifest_required_author`
to `'manifest_required_authors` (from singular to plural), the best way
to avoid conflicts and have to rename it manually in all config files,
is to set Vauxoo as default author. That way, the parameter will affect
only those cases when is manually set in the CFG, and in such a cases,
the paran name should be known.
