Commit Message

Add zest.releaser entry point to strip dangerous CFLAGS during release.

Untested by unit tests, but I verified it fires and runs manually.

This will fire for whatever environment nti.externalization is installed in, including its own checkout, which is probably fine.

Also some minor ZCML modifications to make us directly usable with zope.app.apidoc.
