Refactors map rendering code

- Refactors map rendering code to move map, infobox, and markers to
their own render functions.
- Adds public refresh method to re-initialize map with the DOM.
- Moves code for loading the map data JSON from the DOM into its own
module.
- Moves map plugin loading to its own module.
- Moves map rendering to its own module.
- Moves map size control to it's own module.
- Moves map initialization to its own module.
- Moves Google-specific modules to `google` directory.
- Moves info box manager to its own module.
