Fix formatting for nodes with attributes (#105)

* don't add newline after the > character of a node with attr text when building object nodes with options.format === true

* when building object node, don't add indentation and newlines if attrStr is set

* update js2x spec parser with format: true and cdata - add nested element with attr value
increase indent to for the text<![CDATA line

* only skip indentation if the value is a string and does not contain any child nodes

* fix indentation with CDATA elements

* avoid deeply nested if statements, and improve tag end handling of CDATA nodes when options.format === true

* trying to reduce cognitive complexity

* fix reference to this.newLine
