Commit Message

ext: set kvsessionstore at config loading

* Updates configuration setting ACCOUNTS_SESSION_REDIS_URL to
  empty string by default, what makes Invenio-Accounts use in memory
  store. Documentation updated accordingly.

* Moves kvsession initialization logic inside init_config so
  configuration to use Redis when running on Travis is only present
  in the pytest fixture that initializes the application (closes #266).
