Merge pull request #30 from Sage-Bionetworks/wes-refactor

Refactor of WES module (plus a bunch more). From initial conversion of WES client to use a bravado-based autogenerated class based on the spec, to a bunch of fixes, additions, and improvements from @DailyDreaming, to some restoring of previous functionality and more refactoring (and lots of tests). 

In the end, core WES API client can now be either (1) the bravado autogen class OR (2) the `WESClient` class from the [workflow-service](https://github.com/common-workflow-language/workflow-service) **`wes_client`** package, wrapped in an adapter class to match the interface of (1) and by extension, the spec. The API client is subsequently wrapped in the main `WES` class, which provides a common Pythonic interface for other modules.
