add floordivision to Grid and use truedivision everywhere in the package

- add Grid.__floordiv__ (//) and __rfloordiv__ with test
- cleaned up Grid.__div__, __truediv__ (and the __r* versions): __div__ (only in
  Python 2) now explicitly calls the new __floordiv__ method, following
  https://docs.python.org/2/reference/datamodel.html#object.__div__
- use `__future__.division` everywhere for better consistency between Py 2 and Py 3
