MessageContext.format now takes an id (#63)

* MessageContext.format accepts a &str id of the message to format

* Use pub entries in ResolveValue to access entries

Remove get_term and get_function and make get_message private. They used
to be be public for the implementations of the ResolveValue trait to be
able to call them. Now the public entries field can be used for the same
purpose.

* MessageContext.format can now format attributes via key.attrname

* Implement a GetEntry trait
