Ignoring profit-cli sources

cpp-coveralls seems to have a weird behavior: if I exclude only
src/profit-cli.cpp that works; if I added an extra exclude for
profit/fits_utils.h it still worked; but when I added yet another
exclude for src/fits_utils.cpp that made src/profit-cli.cpp reappear. I
played locally with cpp-coveralls, and found this formula that makes the
problem go away.
