Various improvements to test suite, documentation and travis script

Library:

* fix compile error in urls.py on Django > 1.10

Readme changes:

* Fixes #11

Travis changes:

* Update to new versions of django and python (For now 1.10 and 1.11 are still disabled)
* Add repo for ffmpeg installation to travis
* jpeg dependency in travis
* fix libgdal dependency

Changes to test suite:
* fix jpeg2000 test case
* Fix template settings
* Fix path settings
