Modifications to integrate with the Perceptor and Image Scanner

* Minor changes to image facade API and Perceiver Image model to align
with the up-to-date Peceptor Swagger doc.
* Fix image status return value in /checkimage endpoint to be the
ordinal of the enumeration, instead of the name of the enum value or the
string description.
