Merge pull request #42 from mtuncer/develop

Support for "COPY <cstore_table> TO ..." command is added.

CitusDB currently doesn't support table fetching for cstore_fdw tables, which causes some types of join not work for cstore tables. This step implements COPY TO which makes supporting cstore table fetches in CitusDB easier.
