Removing the spawn of satan that is compound name tokenization

This is causing a bunch of issues with query, some identified in #PROD-670

If "King James" is matched as a compound name, we can't get at it via "King" or "James".
Additionally, our phrase search is implementd by splitting up tokens, so we will technically search
for ("King", "James") but we need to search for "King James" to find the hits.

In the new world of querying, and with continued direction things are going in, there seems to be no
justification to retain this __destructive__ operation on the index.
