feat(react-core): updated patternfly-next for react-core and react-tokens (#517)

Updated @patternfly/patternfly-next, and fixed any issues with it.

xs was removed from media queries.  This resulted in grid not supported on-xs. Removed the xs props and updated the tests
font-weight and color were updated for badges and buttons.  Updated the snapshots to reflect that change.
