fix(react-icons): fix size issues. Remove Icon component. (#503)

affects: @patternfly/react-core, @patternfly/react-docs, @patternfly/react-icons

Fixed sizes by using \`em\` instead of \`rem\`. \`rem\` is not spec, and not supported on all browsers.
Removed the Icon component since it promotes bad practices, and will not allow for proper
treeshaking.
