Add an experimental support for Genie API resources (alpha product)

The Genie API is very different from the usual AppNexus resources:
- only some specific fields are modifiable and sending other fields throws an
  error
- an update won't return the modified document
- it's only possible to fetch a single resource at a time, with its id
- GET responses do not contain the usual "response" field
