Move "Configurations" to the toolbar (#119)

* Correct generation of next view identifier

* Remove unused configurations dialog "show" property

* Move "Configurations" into the toolbar

* Use a gear for the "Configurations" button

* Improve the look of the gear

Make it smaller and white, move it to the left, and give it a mouse
pointer upon hover.

* Update the tests
