Commit Message

Commandline_app: keep applet name & put exe's in MacOS.

Instead of moving the compiled julia code to a separate directory
(`Contents/app`), just share the `Contents/MacOS` dir w/ applet.

Also, stop renaming the Applescript applet; just leave it as `applet`.
This prevents the mac OS from asking "Are you sure you want to run this
script?" every time.
