* [#529] Fix argument names in K-Elbow docstring

In the KElbowVisualizer's docstring, clarifies `metric` param options as `distortion`, `silhouette`, and `calinksi_harabaz` and adds links to scikit-learn's
documentation for the `silhouette_score` and `calinski_harabaz_score`
functions to enable users to more effectively choose the best option.

Fixes #529
