Docker: add more options to entry point script

The entrypoint script now checks for for more environment variables and
sets internal options accordingly. The following new variables are
checked:

CM_FORCE_CONFIG_UPDATE:  whether to enforce a configuration regeneration,
                         can be 'true' or 'false', is 'false' by default.
CM_WRITEABLE_PATH:       a path where CATMAID can write data to,
                         is '/tmp' by default.
CM_NODE_LIMIT:           a limit of returned nodes in a field of view,
                         is 10000 by default.
CM_NODE_PROVIDER:        which node provider to use,
                         is 'postgis2d' by default.
CM_SUBDIRECTORY:         the subdirectory that CATMAID lives in relative
                         to the domain root. Is empty by default.
CM_CSRF_TRUSTED_ORIGINS: A list of hosts which are trusted for CSRF
                         data, should be the server CATMAID runs on. Is
                         empty by default. A valid value looks like
                         this: "['catmaid.example.com']".
