Enhanced FeatureImportances for Multidimensional Coefficients (#510)

Some classification models include 2D feature importances arrays that specify the importance per class. Some regression models include 2D feature importance arrays for multi-continuous targets. Originally we simply took the mean of the feature importance and used those for display. This PR adds an option to create a stacked bar chart instead. 

Fixes #492
