Show overall and per-site summary instead of graphs for Android page

The previous page plotted all graphs making it difficult to determine
which sites needed immediate attention.

The new page shows a summary that quickly shows the last score for
each browser for that site as well as how far we're from the target.

Extra changes:
* Create generic StatusWidget and SummaryTable components
* Drop Nimbledroid coupled components
* Sites sorted by worse score
* Listed sites show the domain, however, there's a tooltip to the full url
