Cleanup / Enhance CI - Add more Python versions to test on CI (#124)

* added other versions
* allow test failures for unsupported Versions in appVeyor
* make the tox travis and appveyor a bit simpler
* appveyor settings
* add 'Programming Language :: Python :: 3.7' to indicate that Python 3.7 is supported, even if new language Feature are not added.
* remove unsupported versions from tests
