Simplify code for generating TC error when assert_valid is called

We were generating the error message, passing to the
Exception::ValidationFailedForTypeConstraint class, then _ignoring_ what was
passed and regenerating the error in the _build_message method of the
exception class. Now we always defer generating the message until
_build_message is called.
