Implement Logout (#232)

* Add a controlButton at status popover

* Add action definition and reducer cases for LOG_OUT

* Set onclick for logout button to LOG_OUT dispatch

* Preserve playground workspace on log out

* Persist playground workspace in local storage

* Use lz string lib to compress localStorage data

* Apply crude first aid to logout button styling

* Rename StatusPopover -> statusPopover

* Use spread operator on loadedStore.playgroundWorkspace

* Reset output to empty array to hotfix runtime error

* Store only playground's editorValue from workspace

This is because the context was not being set properly, and we did not
want to spend too much time on this. Storing the editor value would
suffice.
