Break prettyassert up into two passes

Separate data collection from rendering a bit more cleanly, do other
simple cleanup.
Pull out "token descriptions" (collect data) and then format them into
extraDetail (render results).

Also use some friendlier var names (frame_* vs f_*, trace vs tb),
cleanup some inconsistent comments, add test which exercises the
"property name which might be an identifier" case, which is one in which
the "maybe-identifier" can't be found and lookup needs to silently fail.
