* docs/wget2.md: Remove docs for --gnutls-options
* include/wget/wget.h: Remove WGET_SSL_DIRECT_OPTIONS
* libwget/ssl_gnutls.c: Remove use of WGET_SSL_DIRECT_OPTIONS
* src/options.c: Remove --gnutls-options
* src/wget_options.h: Remove config.gnutls_options

This option was obsoleted by --secure-protocol where you can
also set an explicit priority/cipher string.
