DbicTemplate: fixes/improvements to 'tabify_data' mode

The special 'tabify_data' option now behaves better when constructing
the data tab. Update options are now passed through, and is now tied
into the existing store which is better for multiple obvious reasons.

Also fixed the double-scrolling issue.

Additionally, the user can now supply an alternate class to use for the
data tab module via new option 'data_tab_class' (still defaults to
RapidApp::DbicAppPropertyPage) and can supply/override its build params
via new option 'data_tab_params'
