Fix failing compilation for OTP21 (#27)

1. Fix failing compilation errors for OTP21

Issue is related to compilation problems in `ranch_proxy_protocol`:

* https://github.com/pma/amqp/issues/99
* https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-common/issues/269

Dependency hierarchy is as follow:

`gen_rmq` -> `amqp` -> `rabbitmq-common` -> `ranch_proxy_protocol`

New version of `ranch_proxy_protocol` has been published (2.0) but
still waiting for `amqp` and `rabbitmq-common` upgrades.
For now we have to install it explicitly.
