* Make way for int64, the best integer

Collection schemas still report 'int:9' or 'int:18' for now (with
GDAL 2) but in creating a collection, 'int' means 'int64'.

* Remove commented code

* Fix bigint failures with GDAL 1.11

* Fix encoding in log message

* Fix reverse type mapping

* Skip encoding sensitive tests on Appveyor

* Fix expression

* Address comments on #564
