Add fixes/changes for a clean and cachable build

The updated keychain logic had some practical issues. This commit
changes some test specs to work around that. I also realized that with
some changes the task outputs are no longer cacheable.
I made some changes to the external gradle project invocation.

1. the export directory is now `build/export/$product/$environment/project`
2. to cache these outputs, we should make sure noting changes in these
directories, Thats why I set new locations for the `build` and `.gradle`
directory when invoking these projects. The base location is
`build/buildCache/$product/$environment/`
