<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/0b879a84e">pwrap: Update auto-inserted start/end flags during tree splits

* (pwrap:split + merge) algorithm clones formatting tags and
consequently, auto-inserted start/end flags ought to have
  been fixed up.

This code is effectively identical to the HTML5 spec&#39;s
adoption agency algorithm that clones formatting trees and
clones formatting tags, etc. and which we then discover via
the markTreeBuilderFixup code. Over here, we have direct access
to the tree cloning and can thus (and should) directly mark
these auto-inserted closing/end tags to preserve accuracy of
  DSR computation and selser behavior.

* This fixes DSR issues and thus eliminates a real selser failure
in parser tests and improves wt2wt output.

* The rt selser failures for enwiki:Magars and enwiki:1994_FIFA_World_Cup
  are now fixed.
