add basic write command to ysql

The write command reads YAML from STDIN and writes it to the database
using the query given on the command-line.

The "query" and "write" commands may be able to be combined, if it ever
happens that "query" needs the same named parameters and being able to
run multiple queries for the documents read from STDIN (like a join or a
union, but with any YAML input...)
