Modify django-bootstrap-calendar to change the day start and end times

The day start and end times for the 'day' view of the calendar can now be passed as arguments to the bootstrap_calendar_js tag in the django templates
The defaults are now 00:00 to 24:00 in django-bootstrap-calendar
Modify the events_cal.html template to set the defaults of 06:00 to 24:00
